Order Processing Time

We endeavour to ship your order out within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends, holidays). Large or customised orders may take an extra 2-3 days to prepare.

Delivery Address & PO Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order and we do not ship to PO Boxes

Local / National Orders

Currently we are stocked and delivering locally within USA, UK, UAE and Singapore.

International Orders

We cover any Taxes and Duties that might be charged, however, please be sure to refer to your country's Customs and Import Regulations before placing your order as perfume imports may be restricted. We do our best to fulfill orders Internationally, but if we are unable to ship to your specific location for whatever reasons, such as but not limited to import/export restrictions, your order will promptly be cancelled and refunded

 Order Tracking

Oo La Lab products are shipped using international couriers. Once your order is confirmed we will email you a confirmation with your unique tracking number.
