A collection organised around feeling

Seven Oo La Lab Fragrance & Frequency bottles displayed in a row, their labels lit in colour.

Perfume is often introduced through notes: citrus, woods, musk, flowers. Useful information, but not always the easiest place to begin. Sometimes the first question is simpler: what would you like to feel close to today?

Fragrance & Frequency gives that question a place in the collection. Seven compositions are organised around seven names: Grounding, Passion, Confidence, Balance, Purpose, Serenity and Energy. Each name is an invitation to explore, not a promise about what a fragrance will do. The number is the collection’s organising map and sound pairing; the fragrance itself is made through material choices, contrast and character.

That distinction matters. A label can suggest a direction, but it cannot decide what a smell means to you. Memory, skin, setting and expectation all take part. One person may find a fragrance familiar; another may find it strange. You may respond differently on a Tuesday than you do on a Sunday.

So begin anywhere. Smell a blotter. If you want, try the fragrance on skin and give it time. Notice what returns to your attention. You do not need to match your answer to the name. You do not have to choose the state you think you ought to want.

The collection offers seven points of entry. The best one is the one that makes you curious.
