We offer the option to extend the session beyond 3 hours and create multiple perfume bottles. You may consult our mixologist on site to discuss these options during your session.

Returns are valid for 10 working days after receiving goods If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please email info at oola-lab.com stating the product you bought and from where. Please also include your reason for your dissatisfaction. We will review your email and offer a refund or replacement product depending on the evaluation of your concern. (we may also request return of the product in question) Does not apply to samples or sample sets.
