Returns are valid for 10 working days after receiving goods If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please email info at oola-lab.com stating the product you bought and from where. Please also include your reason for your dissatisfaction. We will review your email and offer a refund or replacement product depending on the evaluation of your concern. (we may also request return of the product in question) Does not apply to samples or sample sets.
We cover any Taxes and Duties that might be charged, however, please be sure to refer to your country's Customs and Import Regulations before placing your order as perfume imports may be restricted.
We do our best to fulfill orders Internationally, but if we are unable to ship to your specific location for whatever reasons, such as but not limited to import/export restrictions, your order will promptly be cancelled and refunded.
Please be advised that the issue of the Coronavirus has caused increasing orders for related products and inevitably caused delays in shipping. Please understand that it is hard to provide the accurate information on the delay of shipment and we will proceed to deliver it as soon as we can. Oo La Lab products are shipped using international couriers. Once your order is confirmed we will email you a confirmation with your unique tracking number.

We will refund your return as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your return. We always refund your money to the method of payment (bank account, credit card, PayPal account…) that was used for the order.

The costs of the return differ based on the shipping company and country that you ship it from. Please check with your local service providers for confirmation.
